Are kids allowed?
Kids are more than welcome on Friday night, but Saturday night will be an adult only celebration!
What is the dress code?
Friday evening will be semi-formal; Saturday evening will be cocktail attire.
Will there be an open bar?
Friday night will NOT have alcohol, but Saturday night will feature an open bar!
Are the wedding events inside or outside?
On Friday, the ceremony will take place outside at The Guild, with the reception following indoors. On Saturday, the wedding celebration will be held in a venue with both indoor and outdoor areas.
Will there be transportation to the wedding venue?
Yes! There will be transportation from Hotel KC to The Guild. If you’re staying at a nearby hotel, please meet us at Hotel KC at TIME to catch a ride.
Does either Venue have parking?
On Friday, The Guild has over 100 complimentary parking spots, or please use our transportation services from Hotel KC. On Saturday, the hotel does not offer complimentary parking, but guests can use the hotel’s valet services or one of the nearby parking garages.
Will dinner be provided both nights?
Dinner will be served Friday evening. Saturday evening will feature hors d’oeuvres and an assortment of small bites!
Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes, please include all dietary needs on the RSVPS!
